100–170°C Controlled HeatPrinted circuit boards are fed into a specialized dismantling system where controlled electric heating softens solder joints at approximately 100°C–170°C, allowing electronic components to separate from the board with minimal material loss.
Clean Air ReleasedDuring dismantling, exhaust gases are safely captured and treated before release. Only treated, clean air is discharged — ensuring environmentally responsible operations at every step.

Multi-Stage CrushingOnce components are removed, the bare boards enter a multi-stage mechanical processing line. Optimized particle size dramatically improves downstream separation efficiency.

90–95% Metal RecoveryThe processed material is separated using two advanced technologies. Air gravity separation uses density differences to separate metal powder from resin and fibre, achieving approximately 90–95% metal recovery. Electrostatic separation then recovers residual metal particles from resin and plastic fractions to maximize recovery.
Gold Stripping LineHigh-value components such as CPUs and RAM modules are processed through a dedicated gold-stripping line. Specialized leaching solutions dissolve the gold; the solution is filtered and chemically reduced to high-purity gold powder, while wastewater is directed to treatment systems for responsible disposal.
Sequential RefiningSelected high-value components — IC chips, MLCCs and CPUs — undergo an advanced refining process that concentrates the precious-metal fraction through a controlled sequence.
A furnace removes plastic & organic material.
Metal-rich material is ground to a fine powder.

Sulfuric-acid step separates base metals.
HCl + oxidizer dissolves precious metals.
